Professional Log Auditing Service

DOT Safety Group Professional offers a professional driver daily logs auditing service that utilizes our many years of experience to review your driver daily logs! 

Our logbook auditing program consists of experienced auditors visually scrutinizing each log as well as inputting logs into our state of the art log auditing program that tracks over-hour violations, speeding and other violations not in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations prescribed by the DOT.

We review driver daily logs for the following:

• Form and Manner 
• 11 hour, 14 hour and 60/70 hour violations
• Speeding
• Falsification 
• Mileage versus time recorded
  

A Summary Report is provided, to you, for each driver that is audited which includes:

• Breakdown of All Violations

• Severity Level of Violations (Acute or Critical)
  

Our service will educate you and your drivers to see and understand the the Hours of Service rules and regulations.  We will formulate a corrective action plan to alleviate future violations, if requested.
